Cambodians in Lowell


Over two years, Edward successfully pitched, developed, and co-produced an original episode of the award-winning show in a collaboration between Sulde and Part2 Pictures. Our episode explores how Cambodians in Lowell, Massachusetts have rebuilt both their own lives and their city since settling there as refugees in the 1980s. The episode revolves around resilience from multigenerational families of chefs, entrepreneurs, activists, and artists. It emphasizes the surprising beauty of a city rarely shown in a positive light.

The season aired in May 2023 and is now nominated for an Emmy.
